United States Education Foundation Pakistan Conducts Informative Session at ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ
The Career Services Office invited United States Education Foundation Pakistan (USEFP) to ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ on 6th March 2023, for an in-depth information session regarding the Fulbright Master’s and PhD Scholarship offered to Pakistani students. The session was delivered by Ms. Rita Akhtar, Executive Director USEFP, where she provided detailed guidance on what-to-do and what-not-to-do in the application, to make sure it stands out from the rest.
This was an exclusive opportunity for ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ students and alumni to get their questions answered directly from the Director of USEFP and get their answers during the session. Ms. Rita ensured students that Pakistan is currently amongst the best places to be in to receive funding for higher education. She further mentioned that energy, water, power, and social sciences are the most in-demand sectors to be applying to for a USEFP scholarship.
1/3rd of Fulbright aspirants each year are from ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ. USEFP also has GRE preparation videos on the USEFP YouTube channel, which Ms. Rita urged students to check out.
The deadline for the Fulbright application is April 12, 2023.
