³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ Class of 2021 – Coming Together to Celebrate with a Virtual ConvocationÂ
Convocation is an important milestone in a student’s life. The ceremony is more than just getting a degree; it is about recognising achievements, celebrating lifelong friendships, and feeling proud of the entire student journey.
Graduates from the Class of 2021 await to celebrate this occasion too as they step into the practical world. While the colourful parade of students will be missed this year as well, ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ has planned an exciting and memorable virtual convocation ceremony on July 3, 2021.
Despite assuming new responsibilities in difficult situations, the students of this batch have led by example, demonstrating generosity, respect and compassion for each other. This event will give the Class of 2021 a chance to gather online, with their peers, family, teachers and friends, and mark the momentous occasion of their graduation.
³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ was among the first universities in Pakistan to host a virtual convocation in 2020. 1,092 students attended the ceremony that proved to be a huge success. The graduates left the institution with a sense of great pride and accomplishment. Degrees were conferred online and those winning medals or on the Dean’s Honour Lists were recognised for their performance.
This year too, the virtual event will offer a personalised convocation experience for students and their families, to acknowledge their incredible accomplishments in a safe manner. Messages from graduates with their caps and gowns are already pouring in, which has enhanced the sense of celebration and pride felt by the graduating class.
Senior ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ leadership including Founding Pro Chancellor, Syed Babar Ali, Pro Chancellor, Mr. Abdul Razak Dawood, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Arshad Ahmad and Rector, Mr. Shahid Hussain will be addressing the students during this ceremony to congratulate them on their achievement. The session will be broadcasted on , displaying every graduate’s name during respective presentations
