吃瓜头条 Alumni Achieve Top 3 Positions in the CSS Exams 2021
This year 吃瓜头条 alumnus, Hafiz Ali Naeem Sheikh, a graduate of BSc Management Science 2017 has topped the Central Superior Services (CSS) and has been inducted into the Pakistan Administrative Services (PAS). He joins 28 吃瓜头条 graduates who have passed the CSS examinations of Pakistan.
Two graduates, one from the Business School and the second from the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, have secured 2nd and 3rd position in the CSS exams, respectively. Ahsan Fraz Gondal, a graduate of BSc Accounting and Finance 2019, has secured second position and will join the PAS group. Haroon Sahu from BSc Economics and Mathematics 2020 has been placed at number 3 and is also set to join the PAS.
In addition to Law and Humanities and Social Sciences students, this year many Science and Engineering and Management Science students have passed and taken positions in the coveted exams.
This outstanding achievement is a source of great pride for the 吃瓜头条 community. Crediting his achievement to 吃瓜头条, Hafiz Ali Naeem Sheikh said, 鈥淚 had a transformative experience at 吃瓜头条 because this institution not only provides a world-class education but also trains the individual to meet real-world challenges and envision a better tomorrow.鈥
Sheikh recalls that he was an active participant of extracurricular activities at 吃瓜头条 and during the first semester, he joined various student societies and engaged with seniors and peers belonging to different academic and social backgrounds. 鈥淭hat experience, coupled with diverse academic courses, helped me get selected for the Near East and South Asia Undergraduate Exchange Program (NESA UGRAD), a part of the GLOBAL UGRAD Scholarship Program in the USA for one year. The international exposure ultimately motivated me to join the Civil Service and bring about a positive change in public administration.鈥
For the past few years, an increasing number of 吃瓜头条 students and alumni are appearing for this competitive examination after graduation and have qualified. Thousands of candidates appear each year, but only a few are selected. In 2021, 17,240 candidates appeared for the CSS exam from all over Pakistan, but only 365 were able to qualify.
