Hassan Jaleel is an Assistant Professor at the ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ (³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ) in Lahore, Pakistan. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) with specialization in Systems and Control from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA. Before joining ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST). His research interests are in the areas of real-time distributed optimization, game theory, and stochastic geometry. He is interested in designing learning mechanisms with global performance guarantees for self-interested agents in large-scale complex networks. Typical application domains of his research include swarm robotics, sensor networks, and irrigation networks. Jaleel was a Fulbright scholar from 2009–2013 and is a member of IEEE.
