Ismail Naqvi is a CEO/MD at DIC Pakistan, a company of Japanese origin, which is a leading manufacturer of printing inks globally. Ismail has a rich and diverse experience of leading various multi national organizations in Pakistan as well as USA. He was previously working as Business Manager at Akzo Nobel Pakistan Ltd. He has also served as Country Manager for Buhler AG in Pakistan, a Swiss multi national and a world wide leader in grain processing industry. Prior to moving back to Pakistan in 2008, Ismail worked for 10 years at Applied Materials Inc in Santa Clara, California in various technical and marketing positions. Ismail has a MBA from Santa Clara University in California USA and has done his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
With more than 25 years of work experience, Ismail has played a key role in leading various organizations to growth with deep insight on strategic planning, financial management and team building. He has a personal interest in mentoring and counselling students for their future aspirations.
